Q: Where should you store these, in the lead up to the wedding, to maximise their freshness? Also, how far away from people do you need to operate these for safety?

Posted On: 15/07/15 By: Natalie Foo

A: The cannons should be stored in a cool, dry environment (room temperature) such as the bottom of your bedroom cupboard. They need to be kept away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not store them in the fridge, freezer or bathroom. You can store the cannons for 4 weeks. You can stand within a metre or so of the people you're releasing the cannons over. The cannons must be aimed up into the air (above the person's head), not directly at the person.
Q: Hi, I'm thinking of purchasing these. Our wedding is November 6, 2015. When would be an appropriate time line to buy? If they sit to long do they disintegrate?

Posted On: 10/06/15 By: Joanna

A: Hello Joanna, Thank you for your enquiry. We take orders up to 12 months in advance so you can reserve your chosen rose petal colours. You are fine to order any time from now. All orders are sent 4 weeks before the wedding. The petals keep perfectly in this time because we store them in an atmosphere controlled facility until despatch. Kind regards, Sarah.
Q: How many do people typically purchase? Is one sufficient for the effect? Alana

Posted On: 23/10/14 By: Alana

A: The average number that people purchase is 4. If you'd just like something fun, then 1 to 2 is sufficient. If you're trying to capture more of a photographic effect, you will need a minimum of 3 to 6.

Overall
We received the rose petal cannons safely and they were a great attraction. The wedding was perfect - perfect weather on 5th October for the garden ceremony and as I say the petal cannons were really good and well received by everyone. Thank you for your assistance and prompt attention.
