Colours

Specific colours of rose petals are subject to availability and are not reserved until paid for in full. Whilst we make every attempt to ensure that the website images and product descriptions accurately depict a product’s colour, many of our products such as the freeze dried and fresh rose petals, are a natural product and can change their colour tone 2 or 3 times during a season depending on the weather.

For example, a rose petal that is typically bright pink, may be more of a medium pink during the midst of summer when the sun is intense. Or it could be more of a darker pink when the weather is cooler, or even have a little purple toning in the background when it has been stored over winter.

Sometimes your computer screen resolution can also misrepresent the colour of a product.

Prices

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices advertised are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% in Australia.

All prices on http://www.simplyrosepetals.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Goods sent overseas will not be charged GST. The country that the goods are to be received in may have its own taxes or fees. Simply Rose Petals is not responsible for these fees or taxes.

Payment

Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

If you pay by direct deposit, please email a copy of the transfer receipt to smile@simplyrosepetals.com.au. If paying by direct deposit, please include your order number in the reference field so we know whom the payment is from.

Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please consider this may take up to 7 working days in some cases. All cheques must be payable to Simply Rose Petals Pty Ltd.

If paying by credit card, please do so securely online or over the phone by calling 1300 785 101. Please do not send your credit card details via email.

Availability of Stock

Simply Rose Petals strives to keep all items in stock in quantities to meet your requirements. However, like all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without the knowledge of Simply Rose Petals or be backordered by one of our suppliers.

Many of our products are grown on our farm and are seasonal so some of our colours become more limited in the winter when we’re not producing.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable in your required timeframe, one of our Petal Specialists will contact you to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order. Items on our website listed as “In Stock” are to the best of our knowledge, available to dispatch to you within the advertised timeframe. We will always contact you if a product is not available when an order is placed. However, if we are unable to get in contact with you, substitutions may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered within your required timeframe. Sale Items and Coupon Offers

Simply Rose Petals occasionally offers sale items and coupon offers to help you save on your wedding and event needs. Sale items are available only until sold out and we will contact you as soon as practical if we have sold out of an item you have ordered and offer you a refund, partial refund, credit or substitution item for the sold out item you have ordered.

For coupon offers, all Simply Rose Petals offers are available one only coupon per order. If you have access to more than one coupon, please choose the coupon that offers you the best deal. To use our coupons, please:

  • Add qualifying merchandise to your shopping bag.
  • Enter coupon code at checkout in the COUPON CODE area.
  • The saving will be deducted after offer code is applied.
  • Please not the date and time the coupon expires.
  • Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Not valid on previous purchases or store purchases. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Please note that all coupon offers: when coupon code is used at checkout, cannot be combined with other offers. Previous purchases are not eligible for offers.
